Our client, a leading finance provider, is looking to recruit a Section Manager to run the consumer division. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of field agents to ensure that customer growth and business targets are successfully achieved.
Other duties will include:
Recruiting new customers
Maximising weekly collections
Managing the training and development of each field agent within the section
Identifying potential arrears cases, implementing appropriate arrears management techniques and maximising bad debt recovery
Previous supervisory experience within a field sales environment is essential for this role. Knowledge of finance products is not necessary as full support and training is provided.
This position offers excellent career prospects and a generous bonus together with a fully expensed car.
